Please also read our Privacy Policy and Exchange, Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

Using Our Website & Your Account
Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Please provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Please inform us immediately if you notice any unauthorised use of your account.
Prohibited Use
- ✕Placing fake, fraudulent, or unauthorised orders.
- ✕Using the website for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage it.
- ✕Copying or reselling our products, images, or content without written permission.
- ✕AKONDA FASHION may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms.

Products & Pricing
- We try our best to show product colours, designs, and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
- Handcrafted and dyed products may have small variations, which are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
- Sizes are given as a guide. Please check the size chart before ordering.
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, AKONDA FASHION reserves the right to cancel the order and will inform you.

Orders
Placing an Order
- Your order is a request to buy. It is confirmed only after we verify it, usually by phone call, SMS, or email.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming. International orders cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order within Bangladesh, please inform Customer Service within 24 hours of placing it. See our Cancellation Policy.
- AKONDA FASHION reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order within 7 working days of the order being placed, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment
- ✓We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery and online payment through secure third-party payment gateways.
- ✓For online payments, your payment details are handled by the payment gateway. We do not store your card number, PIN, or OTP.
- ✓Any bank service or transaction charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- ✓For pre-paid orders cancelled by AKONDA FASHION, a credit note or refund will be issued for the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.

Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery charges and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout and may vary by location.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, holidays, or other reasons beyond our control.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Orders may be delayed or returned if the courier cannot reach you.
- Please check your parcel when you receive it. If a product is damaged, wrong, or missing, contact Customer Service within 03 days of receiving it.

Exchange, Return & Refund
Exchanges, returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- ✓Products may be exchanged within 07 days of purchase with the original invoice, unused and with all tags attached.
- ✓Returns are accepted for major quality defects, shipping damage, wrong or missing products, or incorrect size or colour — reported within 03 days of receiving.
- ✓Discounted / sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- ✓No cash refunds. Refunds or credit notes are processed within 15 to 30 working days.

Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including the Akonda Fashion name, logo, product photos, designs, and text — belongs to AKONDA FASHION and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- AKONDA FASHION is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
